Songs of the Season - Holiday Concert

The December 8th Christmas Concert is approaching quickly. Please get the word out to friends and family so that we can have a nice audience.

We will have a rehearsal with our accompanist, Emily Block, on Saturday, December 1st in the sanctuary. I will have a signup sheet beginning this week at the studio for students to sign up for a 15 minute rehearsal slot. The accompanist will be there from 1 pm to 3 pm. Please contact Evelyn ASAP if you are unable to attend on Dec. 1st. Arrangements will need to be made to rehearse at the accompanist's home in Fishers.

I am looking forward to a wonderful concert next month!

The music style is Nouveau Classical Baroque. If is lyrical and very listenable. When premiered recently at a Friends (Quaker) Church in Indiana... “your music speaks to the human condition”… “deeply spiritual experience”..” uplifting”… “Beautiful, haunting and so spiritual.”

The cost is $17.75 (shipping costs are included).

Christmas Concert - Dec. 8th

Preparations are well underway for our first Christmas concert, scheduled for Saturday, December 8th at 2:00 pm in the sanctuary. Our accompanist will be Emily Block. We will have a rehearsal with the accompanist the weekend prior to the performance. Details as to the exact date and time of the rehearsal will be forthcoming.

Most students have already chosen their selections for the concert. I will need each student to provide copies of the sheet music for each song by November 1st so that I can forward the music to the accompanist. I am really looking forward to a wonderful performance in December! Thanks to my students for all of their hard work and to their families for all of their support.
